We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible and approved), and then place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To qualify, the item must still be unworn, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
