European Union (EU/EEA) 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a customer located in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.

• The item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@catwalkcoutureshop.com to notify us of your decision to cancel.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Exceptions: For hygiene and pet safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used, damaged, washed, or customized products. Your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible and approved), and then place a new order separately.
